1: Tell us about yourself! What brings you to The Salt Way?

2: What is your deepest prayer/vision for your own aliveness within the world? What barriers are there toward manifesting this prayer/vision? What spiritual and/or material resources could help you aid such a manifestation?

3: What would your ideal retreat look like (e.g., setting, activities, # of participants, time of year, etc.)? What would it feel like? What offerings/talents/resources do you wish to contribute?

4: Of the following locations for retreats, where would you be most likely to attend (list all in order of preference if interested in more than one): Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Colorado?

5: Do you have contacts with a specific location/venue (preferably in the Western US) that would be well-suited for a retreat? How many people could you arrange to participate at that location?
